Dating back to 1880, this former cotton mill has been thoughtfully transformed into six luxury apartments for disabled people and their carers. Situated on the bank of a river in the historic village of La Roche Derrien, wheelchair accessible beaches are only minutes away on the coast of northern Brittany.
